Complete Care at Fair Lawn Edge is hiring experienced RN/LPN Weekend Nurse Supervisors for per-diem, 12-hour shifts.
RN/LPN Weekend Nurse Supervisors Open Positions:
- Weekend Day Nurse Supervisor: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Weekend Night Nurse Supervisor: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Schedule: Every weekend or every other weekend
- Status: Per Diem
- LPN Licensure: $39–$41/hour
- RN Licensure : $45–$50/hour
- Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to promote excellent patient outcomes
- Oversee clinical operations and mentor staff
- Lead with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Serve as a calm, effective problem-solver for staff and residents
- Valid, active NJ RN or LPN license required
- LTC experience required
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Reliable, communicative, dedicated, and hardworking
- Strong team player with effective coaching and leadership skills
- PointClickCare experience preferred
- Computer proficient
