Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN Responsibilities:

• Daily documentation
• Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician
• Notify pharmacy of new orders.
• Other duties as directed by charge nurse, director of nursing, and Administrator
  
  

Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN license
• Long term care experience preferred but not required
