As an License Practical Nurse Unit Manager (LPN), you’ll be a key part of our leadership team, guiding and supporting staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. You’ll help ensure our residents receive the dignity, attention, and medical support they deserve — every day.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts
- Monitor care delivery including medications, treatments, and documentation
- Conduct regular rounds to assess resident conditions and team performance
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage care plans
- Provide guidance and training to staff, residents, and families as needed
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and staff
- Complete other duties as assigned by clinical leadership
- Valid Practical Nurse license (New Jersey preferred or eligible for endorsement)
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Previous long-term care, inpatient, or palliative care experience preferred
- Prior leadership or staff management experience is a plus
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Full-Time Dayshift (plus weekend rotation)
