Responsibilities: CNA
- Provide direct patient care, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
- Assist with feeding, including tube feedings and mealtime care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with mobility issues
