As a trusted healthcare provider, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Macungie, Pennsylvania.

About the Role: CNA

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Complete Care at Lehigh, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide person-centered care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting our residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.

Responsibilities: CNA

• Provide direct patient care, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Assist with feeding, including tube feedings and mealtime care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

Requirements: CNA

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with mobility issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
