Assistant Director of Nursing-Registered Nurse-RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing practice and standards of long-term care
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS,NJDOH)
- Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care
- Understanding of MDS process, care planning and survey readiness
- Ability to lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives
- Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
- Experience in staff education, orientation, and competency evaluations
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrator
- Schedule: Full-time, day-shift, including On-call rotation required
