- Prior healthcare/clerical experience required

- Maintain medical records in accordance with federal and state guidelines
- Assist with appointment scheduling.
- Greet patient’s family/ visitors/ staff with friendly attitude and helping hand.
- Answer phones/ schedule appointments.
- Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential.
- Assist with facilitating admission/discharge planning as needed
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
- High degree or GED.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
- Be able to effectively communicate with others.
- Computer knowledge preferred.
- Previous long-term care experience desired.
