Full-Time Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
- Answer or refer inquiries that comes from residents, family members and vendors.
- Director visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
