Now Hiring: Clinical Staff Scheduler

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain staff schedules
Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals.
Maintain communication with HR regarding FMLA, non FMLA leaves, employee resignations, status changes, and other necessary information as it arises.
Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process.
Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
