Responsibilities:
- Develop an activity program that is both sufficiently diverse and sensitive to our resident’s needs.
- Determine individual resident interests and expectations regarding preferred programing.
- Conduct assessments to ascertain physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities of each resident.
- Supervise and participate in events alongside department.
- Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
- Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Previous long term care experience is preferred
- ADC (Activities Director Certification) Preferred
