RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of New Jersey
Previous experience in long-term care is preferred, but not required
Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders and care plans
Monitor and document residents’ health status, including any significant changes
Ensure care delivery follows all local, state, and federal regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
