Human Resources Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:
2 years’ experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred
Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed
Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team
Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations
Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
Knowledge of FMLA, Disability and Workman’s compensation policies & procedures
Any other duties as assigned by Administrator
Human Resources Director Schedule & Benefits:
Schedule: Full-time, dayshift with Manager on Duty weekend rotation
