- Full Time; Day Shift
- Rotating On-Call Requirement (every 6th weekend)
- RN Registered Nurse License Required
- LTC Clinical Leadership Experience Required

Responsibilities:
- Oversee resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental and psychosocial functioning possible on assigned unit.
- Actively participate in the Quarterly Assurance process, including attending the Quality Assurance meetings and submission of required reports.
- Make daily rounds on the assigned unit to ensure resident care needs and environmental standards are met.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs for assigned unit.
- Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
- Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- IV and CPR certified.
- Previous long term care RN Leadership experience is required.
- Minimum one year of experience working in a long term care/skilled nursing setting.
- Must have an active RN Registered Nurse license for the state of Connecticut
