Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement & Education: Represent Complete Care by connecting with potential residents, families, and referral sources through outreach, sales calls, and follow-ups.
• Admissions Management: Conduct timely pre-admission assessments within two hours of notification, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents by coordinating with clinical teams as necessary.
• Strategic Growth: Build and maintain strong referral networks to achieve census goals and optimize the quality payor mix.
• Relationship Development: Cultivate lasting relationships with families, residents, and community partners to communicate services, bed availability, and program benefits effectively.
• Weekend Availability: Occasionally, as leadership needs may arise.
• Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the clinical and administrative teams to make informed and efficient decisions about prospective admissions.
• Data Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze and report on trends in inquiries, admissions, and census growth to inform strategic planning.
• Marketing Strategy Execution: Create and implement action plans to enhance the visibility and reputation of the facility.
• Managed Care Knowledge: Stay informed on managed care and insurance processes to streamline referral and admission workflows.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A compassionate professional who embodies our mission of treating every resident as family.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare-related marketing and health care admissions management; Long term care experience, preferred.
• Proficiency with technology and data management systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, utilizing diplomacy and discretion to foster trust and understanding.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
