- 11p-7a PT Every-Other Saturday/Sunday
- 3-11pm Full Time Mon-Friday
- 7a-3pm Part Time

Responsibilities:
- Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
- Perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice.
- Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Previous long-term care experience is required
- Must have an active LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license for the state of Connecticut
