We are looking to bring the right leader on board promptly as we continue strengthening our resident care outcomes, staff engagement, and operational excellence.About the Role:The LNHA will oversee all day-to-day facility operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, support clinical and non-clinical teams, and drive quality, financial, and resident satisfaction results.
