Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Director
Responsibilities:
Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.
Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department.
Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
Qualifications:
Proven experience overseeing building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, emergency generators, and medical gas systems
Hands-on experience managing preventive maintenance programs and work order systems
Experience supervising maintenance staff and outside contractors/vendors
Strong background in environmental safety, infection control support, and emergency preparednessDemonstrated knowledge of CMS, OSHA, Life Safety Code, and state regulatory requirements specific to SNFs
Successful history preparing for and responding to state and federal surveys, including correction of deficiencies
