Position: Human Resources Director / Staffing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Coordinate interviews in partnership with the recruitment team
Lead new hire onboarding and organize orientations
Review bi-weekly payroll and maintain updated personnel policies
Collaborate on staff recruitment, retention, and evaluations
Assist with and review annual performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with FMLA, Disability, and Worker’s Compensation
Support employee relations and maintain HR documentation
Staffing & Scheduling
Develop and manage staff schedules
Track attendance, absences, tardiness, and early departures
Communicate scheduling updates to staff and leadership
Help maintain compliance with long-term care staffing regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Human Resources Director: 2 years of LTC HR experience preferred but not required
Staffing Coordinator: 1–2 years LTC staffing experience preferred
High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree required for HR Director; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards
