Full-Time Human Resources Director
Responsibilities Human Resources Director:
Conduct effective, thorough, objective and timely investigations
Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships and employee morale
Conduct routine audits of personnel files and documentation at Center.
Participate in recruitment events and assist Recruitment Team with coordination of effective recruitment plans.
Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations as it pertains to human resources and employee relations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications (HR) Human Resources Director:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
HR Director Experience
Leadership qualities required.
LTC/SNF experience required.
Computer knowledge.
