Complete Care at Hales Corners is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a PRN Nurse Shift Supervisor!
What You’ll DoOversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care
Coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians
Supervise medication administration and other nursing services
Conduct nursing rounds and monitor resident progress
Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Educate staff, residents, and families
Support the nursing team and assist with facility operations as needed
Active Wisconsin RN license
Previous supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare setting required
Inpatient, palliative care, and staff-management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong computer and documentation skills
