Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments per care plans and physician orders
Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition
Participate in care planning and ensure resident satisfaction
Supervise CNAs and ensure quality care standards
Follow all local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications
Active LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (EMR experience preferred)
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
