LPN/ RN Night Nurse Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
Conduct assessments and develop care plans for residents.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
Current Active/ Valid NJ LPN/ RN license is a MUST
High School Diploma
Nurse Supervisory experience is a MUST
Minimum of 2 years of LTC nursing experience is a MUST
