The Shift: Full Time, 1st shift. Weekend On Call Rotation Required
Complete Care at Christian Home is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assisted Living Coordinator to lead our Assisted Living, RCAC, and CBRF programs. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and delivering exceptional resident-centered care.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in assisted living management, staff supervision, and clinical oversight who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for residents.
ResponsibilitiesResident Care & Clinical OversightOversee resident assessments, service plans, and ongoing care evaluations
Coordinate medication management and pharmacy services
Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely communication and intervention
Participate in and lead care plan meetings with residents and families
Ensure resident rights, safety, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained
Investigate and report incidents in accordance with state regulations and company policies
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate caregiving and nursing staff
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance support
Maintain appropriate staffing levels and schedules
Support staff on the floor as needed with resident care, training, and audits
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Ensure compliance with RCAC and CBRF state regulations
Maintain survey readiness and accurate documentation
Conduct audits related to care documentation and medication administration
Assist with policy development and quality improvement initiatives
Manage departmental supplies and staffing-related budgets
Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly
Current CBRF certifications required
CNA license required based on facility needs
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, RCAC, or CBRF
Experience with staff supervision, compliance, and care planning
CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office
