We prioritize a collaborative and respectful workplace.Financial Flexibility: Our voluntary Paid Daily benefit gives you immediate access to your earned wages, providing crucial financial flexibility when you need it most.Positive Work Environment: We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive and engaging atmosphere where our staff feel appreciated every day.Key Responsibilities of a Resident AssistantYour role is essential in supporting the residents' independence and quality of life within the CBRF (Community Based Residential Facility) setting.Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide comprehensive, essential support and hands-on assistance with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation/transferring, and serving meals.Environmental Management: Ensure residents' living spaces are consistently clean, safe, and organized, promoting a hygienic and comfortable environment. This includes making beds, tidying rooms, and managing linens.Observation and Reporting: Diligently observe and monitor changes in residents' physical condition, behavior, and vital signs, promptly and clearly reporting any concerning observations to the supervising nurse.Documentation & Compliance: Complete all necessary reports and records promptly and accurately using the facility's documentation system.
