Key Responsibilities
ADL Support: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining while preserving their dignity.
Clinical Partnership: Monitor vitals, track intake/output, and promptly report status changes.
Mobility & Safety: Safely assist with transfers, positioning, and restorative exercises.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely digital charting.
Qualifications
Active Wisconsin CNA Certified Nursing Assistant registration in good standing.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills for electronic charting.
Collaborative mindset; new grads welcome (excellent orientation provided)!
