What You Need to Succeed:
✔ Education: Bachelor's Degree or Certification completion
✔ Credentials: ADC, CDP, or CTRS certification A MUST!
✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years in long-term care as a supervisor
✔ Skills: Strong communication, care plan development, knowledge of QA programs & state survey processes
