About the Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend:
As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) at Complete Care at Brakeley Park, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours on an as-needed basis, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, evaluating patient needs, and developing individualized care plans under the supervision of our experienced healthcare team. Responsibilities: Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Evaluate patient needs and provide recommendations for care and treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
