About the Role: Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities: Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine tasks
Assess patients' conditions, identifying areas of concern and reporting to the healthcare team
Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
