This unique position combines automotive sales, customer service, and title processing. Responsibilities Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
- Process vehicle titles and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and maintain dealership documentation
- Communicate with lenders, insurance companies, and state agencies
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk-in customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and files
- Support additional dealership operations as needed Qualifications Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn dealership software, CRM systems, and web-based applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team
- Experience in automotive sales, title processing, banking, finance, insurance, or other detail-oriented customer service roles is preferred but not required
