Job Overview
Complete Auto Protect is one of the fastest-growing vehicle service contract providers in the country, and we're expanding our Edison, NJ sales floor. We're hiring closers who want uncapped earning potential in a high-energy, in-office environment. If you have a strong phone presence, a closer's mindset, and the drive to win, this role is built for you.
You'll be selling vehicle service contracts to warm inbound leads and qualified prospects — helping drivers protect themselves from costly, unexpected repair bills with affordable vehicle protection plans tailored to their car and budget.
Responsibilities
- Handle warm inbound calls and conduct outbound follow-ups with qualified prospects
- Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and match them with the right vehicle protection plan
- Present plan features and pricing clearly, handle objections with confidence, and close the sale
- Follow our proven sales script, rebuttal framework, and callback sequence
- Hit daily benchmarks for call volume, talk time, and conversion
- Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity in our CRM
Qualifications
- Phone sales experience preferred — VSC, auto, insurance, solar, mortgage, debt, timeshare, or any high-volume call center background
- Strong closer mentality — comfortable handling objections and not afraid of "no"
- Clear, confident, professional phone presence
- Coachable — open to feedback and willing to follow a proven process
- Reliable and punctual — this is an in-office role, Monday through Friday
- Basic computer skills (CRM, dialer, email)
