Complete Auto Care is a family-owned automotive repair shop serving Elizabeth City and the surrounding communities. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, likes staying organized, and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. We'll train the right person, and there's an opportunity to grow into a Service Advisor role.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming first impression
- Create repair orders and coordinate the daily schedule for our four technicians
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
- Order and return parts
- Enter customer and vehicle information into our shop management software
- Help keep the front office running smoothly
What We're Looking For

Experience Preferred
- Automotive dealership, independent repair shop, or auto parts experience is a plus
- Customer service or front office experience is preferred
