Schedule: Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)

At Compleat KiDZ, we are a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to supporting children and families through comprehensive therapeutic services under one roof. Position Overview:
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) provide one-on-one behavioral interventions designed to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. These services are provided in clinic settings and/or directly in clients' homes, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation promptly.
- Manage challenging behaviors using approved intervention strategies.
- Communicate session outcomes to BCBAs and families.
- Participate in professional development and team meetings as required. Travel to client homes or multiple clinic locations as assigned (in-home roles).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred).
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Must pass a background check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environments and client needs.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
