Services are delivered in our pediatric therapy clinics under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Lead RBTs support clinic operations and staff development while maintaining high treatment integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans as written by the BCBA
- Collect and communicate session data and relevant family information
- Support clinic operations, scheduling awareness, and daily workflow
- Assist with RBT onboarding, training support, and treatment integrity
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment
- Active RBT certification
- CPR and First Aid certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to support clinic needs and occasional schedule changes
- Ability to pass a background check
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
