- Grow and oversee day-to-day operations of the in-home services business line in a region
- Partner, collaborate and communicate regularly with clinic office managers in your region to grow and maintain quality in-home services
- Oversee and manage BT/RBT recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling and staffing coordination
- Oversee, manage and collaborate with BCBAs in your region to ensure high quality training and in-home services are being provided
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and billing processes
- Build strong, positive relationships and communicate effectively with families, clinicians, and leadership
- Manage office supplies, systems, and administrative needs
- This is a remote position. However, the office manager should live in the region that they will oversee, as travel to neighboring clinics and/or client homes will be necessary.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of office or operations management experience (healthcare/home care preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
- Passion for supporting care teams and families
