Position Overview
Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the child's home, school and daycare environment. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

- Flexible Schedule: In-Home Services
- $17 an hour
- $2/hour for In-Home Sessions
- Paid Mileage for Travel
- Incentive bonus for completing the 40-hour RBT online coursework prior to hire
- $200 reimbursement for RBT Certification cost (eligible if certified within 30 days of employment)
- Flexible Schedule: In-Home Services
- $20.50 an hour
- $2/hour for In-Home Sessions
- Incentive program up to $4.50 per hour for meeting defined goals of plan
- Paid Mileage for Travel
- Cell phone reimbursement (full-time only)

Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect data and complete session documentation accurately
- Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
- Teach and reinforce skills during natural routines within the home environment
- Travel to client homes to deliver services as scheduled
- Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification
- High school diploma or GED required
- Passion for working with young children with behavioral challenges
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
