- Conduct initial assessments for newly identified families and coordinate with admissions and scheduling teams to arrange assessment and re-assessment schedules.
- Complete clinical assessments to inform programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis, utilizing tools such as VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS.
- Develop and regularly update comprehensive ABA programs for clients, draw on data analysis and assessment results, and implement tools like VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS.
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans for assigned clients under licensed supervision in accordance with North Carolina law.
- Provide clinical guidance on ABA program implementation to multidisciplinary teams, including instruction on intervention rationale, behavior function, and literature-based validation.
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities
- Ability to pass a background check
Salary : $90,000
