About the Job
The Mid-Level Sales Manager will lead referral growth and relationship development across multiple pediatric clinics offering ABA and rehab services. This strategic role requires healthcare business development expertise and a strong understanding of the pediatric market. You’ll collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to execute outreach strategies, build referral pipelines, and position our organization as a leading provider in the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for ABA therapy and pediatric rehab (PT/OT/ST) services across assigned clinic locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including pediatricians, family practices, schools, hospitals, early intervention programs, case managers, and behavioral health providers.
- Educate referral partners and community stakeholders on our multidisciplinary approach and program benefits.
- Analyze referral trends, monitor market dynamics, and identify opportunities for new business.
- Work closely with clinic directors and therapists/BCBAs to align services with local community needs.
- Represent the organization at community outreach events, conferences, school meetings, and health fairs.
- Track outreach activities, leads, and conversion rates using CRM and analytics tools.
- Support, coach, and coordinate with any local outreach liaisons or marketing reps in the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, referral development, or business development—ideally in pediatric rehab, ABA therapy, behavioral health, or outpatient care.
- Familiarity with ABA therapy and the autism services landscape is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel regionally (up to 50%) to assigned clinics and referral sources.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to set goals and deliver measurable results
