ACCOUNT MANAGER – WELLNESS DIVISION

Comphy Co manufactures and sells high-end luxury bedding. Partnering with five-star resorts around the world, our innovative performance fabrics have set the standard for both elegance and durability. Over time, we’ve grown to serve several markets, including Hotels/Resorts, Bed and Breakfasts, Day Spas, Medical Spas, and our direct-to-consumer division, Comphy at Home.
Our corporate administration and sales office, as well as production facility, is located in Ferndale, WA.
The ACCOUNT MANAGER role is a key position within our organization. We are seeking a professional who can build strong client relationships, manage accounts with care, and actively contribute to the company’s growth by ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering exceptional service and follow-up
- Communicate with clients regularly via phone and email; willingness to engage in occasional outreach to new prospects, including follow-up on mailers and cold/warm leads
- Develop long-term relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts
- Manage order activity, prepare quotes, and process orders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders and projects
- Assist with problem-solving for client issues, helping to provide solutions and avoid escalations to customer service when possible
- Support client training on Comphy’s retail program to ensure success and adoption
- Contribute to reporting efforts, including tracking and summarizing new customer activity
- Plan, prepare, and assist with packing and logistics for tradeshows in addition to attending and representing Comphy at events (ability to lift up to 50 lbs required)
Represent Comphy at tradeshows and industry events when needed. Must be available to travel 3-4 times a year to industry events
- Participate in department initiatives and projects as assigned
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
- A strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain client trust
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Comfortable with client communication via phone and email, and open to occasional outbound prospecting
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word and comfortable or willing to become comfortable using CRM or database tools
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Adaptable and eager to grow in a dynamic business environment
- A proactive problem solver who can assist clients with challenges and provide solutions
AS A COMPHY EMPLOYEE:
- You will be part of a local business with an international reputation in the hospitality and spa industries

- This role has a competitive hourly wage of $21.50 ($44,200.00 annually), commission can range from $0-$5,000.00 based on sales performance, with eligibility for a potential performance-based bonus of up to $2,000.00
