CompExecs is assisting a global, publicly traded, company in its search for a Vice President of Executive Compensation. This is a hybrid position, with four days per week in the office in the Portland, ME (no remote). They are seeking a proven executive compensation leader with demonstrated capability leading executive compensation teams in large, publicly traded U.S. companies. This includes CD&A and Compensation Committee material development, regular participation in Board of Directors Compensation Committee meetings, regular engagement with C-Suite executives and the external consultant, responsibility for equity administration, and leading a team of executive compensation professionals.
