Compex Legal Services is looking for a Legal Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary coordinator for legal service requests, working behind the scenes to ensure documents are processed accurately, deadlines are met, and clients receive exceptional support throughout the process.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with administrative, legal support, customer service, records management, or court reporting experience who enjoy managing multiple priorities and making a direct impact every day.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage legal service requests from initiation through completion
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely progress
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding requests
• Review and process legal documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Provide status updates and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain detailed records and case information within company systems
• Assist with billing and administrative tasks related to completed services

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of administrative, legal support, customer service, records retrieval, court reporting, or related experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable learning new technology and working within multiple systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of 50 WPM preferred

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
