Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love keeping things running smoothly? Compex Legal Services is looking for a full-time Document Processing Specialist to join our team! This essential role reports to the POD Manager and helps prepare notice and subpoena packages for clients—and so much more!

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble notice and subpoena packages like a pro.
- Ensure documents comply with statutory hold laws.
- Modify packets and documents per client requests.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve client issues.
- Distribute packets and documents efficiently and accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
- Super organizational skills and the ability to prioritize like a champ.
- A customer service mindset that keeps clients happy.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train!
