We’re hiring a full-time Client Experience and Retention Specialist to join our rapidly growing brand to help keep our clients on track towards their goals, capture new client inquiries, and deliver and experience that feels unforgettable.

This role is part customer service, part sales support, all impact.
What You’ll Do
- Front Desk Coverage:
Greet clients, check them in/out, process payments, and manage schedules while setting the tone with energy and warmth. - Client Retention:
Handle reschedules and prevent cancellations to ensure clients stay on track for their goals. Keeping clients engaged results in better outcomes for clients and more chances for our team to make a lasting impact. - Sales Support:
Confidently answer new-client calls, texts, and emails when our Sales Development Rep is maxed out. You’ll qualify leads, answer questions, and schedule discovery visits with charisma and empathy. - Unbeatable Experience:
Whether in person, on the phone, or over text, you’ll make every client feel like they’re the most important person in the room.
