- Direct customers efficiently to the appropriate service or check-in area
- Drive vehicles safely to and from service lanes, parking areas, and designated locations as needed
- Maintain flow and organization in the service and parking areas
- Assist with vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and general lot presentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including support tasks that help maintain operational standards
- Ability to follow directions and execute tasks with consistency
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Strong awareness, attention to detail, and sound judgment around vehicles and customer interaction
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
- Comfortable working outdoors and moving throughout the day
