Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll and Absence Management.
- Support US Payroll processing, taxation, deductions, costing, compliance, and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain Payroll Fast Formulas and configure Absence Management processes.
- Support Time and Labor integration and absence accrual processes.
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, and BI Publisher reports.
- Support Oracle HCM data migration using HDL, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Participate in full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, and transition initiatives.
- Troubleshoot payroll and HCM issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, technical, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support testing, validation, reconciliation, and production stabilization activities.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll experience
- Strong US Payroll domain knowledge
- Hands-on Payroll Fast Formula and Absence Management experience
- Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI & BI Publisher
- Experience with HDL, APIs & HCM integrations
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or upgrades
- Oracle Cloud HCM Certification – Required
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in East Newark, NJ 07029
Salary : $55 - $60
