Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Software Developer role located in Farmington, MI. The Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems to enhance operations and member services. Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, debugging and troubleshooting programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of back-end web solutions. The role involves applying programming best practices to create scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development, Back-End Web Development, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Required - Strong knowledge of .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, SQL Server, Windows Forms
- Optional - ASP.NET Core, CI/CD
- Experience with debugging, testing, and maintaining software applications
- Ability to design efficient, secure, and scalable software solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience in insurance or data-intensive industries is a plus
