Solutions Architect

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll design and scope technology solutions that align with client goals, drive business value, and ensure successful delivery within budget.

You’ll partner closely with Sales, Regional VPs, and vCIOs to translate business needs into scalable solutions across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity—while helping close deals and position our services for long-term success.

• 8 years in IT, including 2 years as a Solutions Architect (MSP experience required)
• Strong expertise in cloud (Azure/AWS), infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity
• Business acumen with the ability to design profitable, scalable solutions
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting sales and driving revenue through solution design

• Project scope accuracy and delivery within budget
• SOW turnaround time and quality
• Utilization and contribution to revenue growth
  
  

• Design end-to-end IT solutions aligned to client goals and budgets
• Develop clear, detailed Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Partner with Sales to support pre-sales, articulate value, and close deals
• Ensure solutions are scoped for successful delivery and profitability
• Collaborate with delivery teams to support execution and continuous improvement
• Stay current on emerging technologies and enhance service offerings
