Compassionate Minds Therapy, LLC. is a growing private practice in Omaha, NE. We are currently looking for fully licensed therapists that want to be in a private practice setting without having to worry about the business side of things. We recently received the "Best of Omaha" award!
The therapist would be responsible for clinical assessments, diagnosing, treatment planning, providing evidenced-based treatment, discharge planning, and clinical documentation for assigned clients. The practice will take care of all administrative and billing tasks, so you can focus on your clinical work!
We are currently looking for someone that can commit to at least 2-3 days per week and will have a minimum of 15-20 sessions per week. All days, weeknight evenings, and weekend hours are available. We will help you build a caseload that fits with your specialty and desired scope of work. All candidates need to be willing to participate in growing client caseload, and understand that work will increase over time, but will not begin with an immediate full caseload. Please keep in mind that it may take between 30-90 days to get you to your desired caseload.
This is a 1099, independent contractor, part-time/full-time position and the earning potential is up to you. Compensation is a percentage based on the revenue that your caseload generates. We have a capped amount of what you pay into based on revenue generated.
Requirements:
- Current State of Nebraska license
- Preferred: Prior private practice experience
- Prior credentialing with insurance panels a plus, but not required
Skills needed:
- Solid clinical diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective communication and collaboration
- Organizational skills and ability to manage client records
- Self-discipline and ability to set priorities in regards to documentation
- Comfort with electronic records and use of technology
