Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical instruction sessions to teach students proper sterilization techniques, instrument handling, and infection control procedures.
- Develop and deliver engaging online instructional content to support remote learning initiatives.
- Assess student performance through practical demonstrations and assessments, providing constructive feedback to foster skill development.
- Design curriculum materials aligned with industry standards and certification requirements.
- Stay current with advancements in sterile processing technology and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Collaborate with healthcare facilities and program coordinators to coordinate training schedules and clinical placements.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and support student success throughout their training journey.
Experience
- Proven experience in sterile processing or central sterile services within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability to instruct or train others, with experience in clinical education preferred.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and instructional design for remote learning environments.
- Strong knowledge of sterilization procedures, infection control standards, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage students both in person and virtually.

Pay: $24.98 - $30.09 per hour
