Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and provide exceptional customer support.
- Maintain accurate data entry using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record-keeping purposes.
- Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to optimize office productivity.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading correspondence, managing office supplies, and preparing reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and assisting clients or patients as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management.
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients effectively.
