Compassionate Home Care is currently looking for a reliable, compassionate in home caregiver for clients in Harris, and Cambridge.

Requirements:

- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Valid MN Driver's license.
- Vehicle insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior caregiving experience (1 years in-home or facility setting).
- Mental health (IHS or ILS) experience.
- CNA. (Not required)
- PCA. (Not required)
- CPR certification. (Not required)
Screening:
- Must pass a company paid DHS background check.
Caregiver responsibilities may include:
- Perform light housekeeping, including vacuuming, laundry, and linen changes.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
- Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care.
- Prepare meals and snacks. May include grocery shopping.
- Assist with incontinence care.
- Assist with transportation needs.
- Assisting with budgets and money management.
- Assisting with communications (e.g., sorting mail, accessing email, placing phone calls, making appointments).
- Provide care based on an individualized plan of care.
