Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Valid WY Driver's license.
- Able to drive clients in your vehicle.
- Vehicle insurance.
- CNA License.
- CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior caregiving or CNA experience (1 years in-home or facility setting).
Screening:
- Must pass a company paid DHS background check.
Caregiver responsibilities may include:
- Perform light housekeeping, including vacuuming, laundry, and linen changes.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
- Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care.
- Prepare meals and snacks. May include grocery shopping.
- Assist with incontinence care.
- Assist with transportation needs. This includes driving clients to appointments and errand running in your own vehicle.
- Assisting with budgets and money management.
- Assisting with communications (e.g., sorting mail, accessing email, placing phone calls, making appointments).
- Provide care based on an individualized plan of care.
Experience:
- Home care: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- CNA (Required)
- CPR Certification (Required)
Work Location: In Clients Home
